i have followed this instruction to install wine:
Installazione da repository esterno
Seguire questa procedura per ricevere gli ultimi aggiornamenti di
Wine:
Se si utilizza Ubuntu per PC con architettura a 64 bit, abilitare
l'architettura 32 bit digitando nel terminale il seguente comando:
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
Aggiungere il repository di WineHQ:
wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/Release.key
sudo apt-key add Release.key
sudo apt-add-repository https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/
sudo apt update
Installare Wine scegliendo la versione più appropriata.

sudo apt-get install --install-recommends winehq-stable
