Title:
  Send a mail using ctrl+return does not work consistently

Bug description:
  Using evolution you can send a mail using the shortcut ctrl+return like in MS 
Outlook. The problem is, only the main return button seams to work with that 
shortcut. I always send my mails using ctrl+return(numpad), which does nothing.
  I suggest, if sending mail with ctrl+return is enabled, any return should 
work similar.
