Public bug reported: When my laptop is plugged in, it means I'm at home or at work, and don't want to dim the screen.
When I'm on battery, I want to dim the screen to save power, or I'm somewhere where it might be prudent to lock the screen shortly. Please implement this distinction in Settings -> Brightness & Lock. Windows has had it for ages.
