I can confirm armhf and arm64 chromium works in 17.04 This is on a raspberry pi 3. On 16.04 chromium displays "aw, snap" unless I start with --no-sandbox
These https://github.com/raspberrypi-ui/chromium_patches are the patches used in raspbian.
