browser gives aw snap error on reload

chromium 7.0.510 (57933) Ubuntu 10.04
Browser crashes anytime I leave home page of google.com and gives me an aw
snap. Have to restart to get out of the error state. When started from a
terminal I get these errors:

I disabled the sync and then restarted and got these errors:
