Bug description:
Binary package hint: chromium-browser
While testing with QRT on Lucid (and I assume the other releases),
found that data/Edison_Phonograph_1.ogg and data/patas_de_trapo.oga
waits five seconds on page load before starting. Previous behavior
was to start immediately.
This applies to the .ogv files as well.

Works: 11.0.696.71~r86024-0ubuntu0.10.04.1
