Hardy weather info doesn't always appear on reboot with World Clock

Bug description:
I have only one time zone set (my home) in the world clock applet.
When I reboot, sometimes the weather data wont show in the tray unless
I logout and log back in, or change my location again in the applet.
I am running the latest package updates to Hardy as of this post.
