Title:
A2DP configuration does not work on Kubuntu 16.04 with stéreo speaker

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The mode A2DP Sink does not work with my speaker Sony SRS-BTM8. PulseAudio
shows three options,
  - HSP / HFP
  - A2DP Sink
  - Off
Only works HSP and off options.
Previously with version 14.04 everything worked perfectly, but since a few
weeks upgraded to version 16.04 does not work correctly and I can not hear HiFi
music, only low-quality mode.
