Title:
firefox menu language settings depend on system number, date and
currency format settings, not on system language settings.

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

When using English system language settings, and using Dutch currency,
number and date system settings, firefox menus are displayed in the
Dutch language, not in English as it should. It seems Firefox uses the
wrong settings for menu language display.
