  Ctrl + Shift + Delete will not open the "Clear Browsing Data" window
  when cursor is in search box

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: chromium-browser

  In both Chromium and Firefox, Ctrl + Shift + related keyboard
  shortcuts will not work if the cursor is in a search box (e.g., the
  web-browser's URL bar, a website's search box like found at
  www.google.com or www.yahoo.com, a History filter within the browser,
  Downloads filter within the browser, Bookmark Manager filter within
  the browser, etc.). Specific example for each browser are:

  In Firefox, Ctrl + Shift + A will not work to open "Add-ons."
  In Chromium,  Ctrl + Shift + Delete will not open the "Clear Browsing Data" 
window/prompt.
