Public bug reported:

mirror.effect and flip.effect (/usr/share/gnome-video-effects) have the same
description in german:
Name[DE]=Spiegeln

So only flip.mirror is shown in Cheese on a german Desktop...

Changing the name in flip.mirror to e.g. "Spiegel" will show both
effects in Cheese again.

** Affects: gnome-video-effects (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: tesseract (Ubuntu) => gnome-video-effects (Ubuntu)
