I am also having the trouble of not getting the onboard keyboard in the lock screen. I do have the toggle set to show it then. It appears that the keyboard is up, but it is invisible "behind" the lock screen. The reason I say this is that, when I unlock the screen with a physical USB keyboard, the onboard keyboard is briefly visible on the screen, then it disappears. Thank you for your help.
