Bug description:
I'm use ubuntu 14.04. Network-manager crash after update (update to
0.9.8.8-0ubuntu7.2). No wifi and lan connections. Connection state:
down. When I try to restart network service (/etc/init.d/networking
restart) I see that "Job is already running". I reinstall ubuntu,
upgrade all packages and after reboot I see this problem again
