3) I have created the attached document with IrfanView via Wine on Ubuntu
14.04. With IrfanView, the document has no problems. What is expected to happen
via a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget -c
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/1393754/+attachment/4262970/+files/Dokument%20sw_20141113_0001.tif
-O example.tif && evince example.tif
Is the file displays in evince successfully.
4) What happens instead is it notes:
The document only contains empty pages.
WORKAROUND: Open with imview.
