no wallpaper (black background) or wallpaper with lightdm marks on
login

Bug description:
uptodate 13.04, problem exists for longer time now
when login from lightdm it should load the users wallpaper.
instead it sometimes doesnt load the wallpaper (black background) or
stays the same background as in lightdm (users wallpaper with a ubuntu
logo centered and "ubuntu 13.04" in the bottom left corner")
