It was confirmed by Gary Bishop. Is any more information needed to work
on this?

Title:
Activating "Log out" keyboard shortcut doesn't list "Log out" as an
  option

Status in “gnome-applets” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-applets

In keyboard shortcuts, "Log out" is assigned to Ctrl+Alt+Delete. When I press
this combination, I get the choices "Shut Down", "Restart", "Suspend" and
"Hibernate" - "Log out" is not listed, as it should be.

PS: This is probably assigned to the wrong package - I couldn't find the
package gnome-keybinding-properties anywhere. Tried searching for the package
name, "keyboard", "keybindings", "shortcuts", and couldn't find anything that
was obviously relevant.
