After I upgraded from the 14.04 3.13 kernel to the LTS 3.19 kernel it
seems to have fixed this? Weird, I guess this bug should be marked as a
kernel bug for original 14.04?

Title:
  Tinyscrollbar doesn't work in Ubuntu-Firefox 40

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
If you go to http://baijs.com/tinyscrollbar/ and try to click the
scrollbar in their examples section, you can't actually scroll. (The
  mousewheel works at least here).

This happened in the 39 beta too iirc. Pretty much every other
browser/Firefox works. Maybe the beta ppa isn't being built correctly?
