After I upgraded from the 14.04 3.13 kernel to the LTS 3.19 kernel it seems to have fixed this? Weird, I guess this bug should be marked as a kernel bug for original 14.04?

(The mousewheel works at least here). This happened in the 39 beta too iirc. Pretty much every other browser/Firefox works. Maybe the beta ppa isn't being built correctly?
