Per context input status was removed from ibus in favor of upstream
gnome-shell change, not fixable at the moment.

# Repro steps
1. open terminal and type Korean character with ibus
2. Before finishing character composition, change focus to another
application or desktop
3. Go back to terminal and type again
# Expected
Korean character should be displayed
# Actual
English character is displayed while ibus indicator show Korean Keyboard.
