I'm seeing this with LibreOffice 4.4.3 on Windows 7, at least when there is a list of files in the recently used list. I've also seen it with olderIt only happens when using OpenVPN and the VPN is connected, and there are files in the recently used list that are on the shared drive on the remote Samba server; when the VPN is disconnected the File menu works as expected.
