Public bug reported:
In lightdm's login page the shortcut keys for switching the keyboard language
don't work.
As a result, every time you resume from suspend or want to unlock the computer
you have to use your mouse to switch the language back to English in order to
enter your password. Having to do this every time is slow and frustrating.
