LP #1173914 regression: staticswitcher shows very large icons instead
of small ones

Bug description:
I have a staticswitcher enabled and I press Alt+Tab.
Expected result: an application icon in the right bottom of each
running application thumbnail. Expected size - about 1/3 of
application thumbnail.
Actual result: very-very large application icons (looks like 512px),
overlapping each other and completely covering switcher window.
It looks like the problem is introduced by https://code.launchpad.net
/~mc-return/compiz/compiz.merge-fix1173914-low-res-non-power-of-2
-icon-texture-res.
