closing the bug then, the ubuntuone bug leaded to conflicts with other
nautilus gconf users you can reinstall those you need with the updated
version

  nautilus crashes segmentation error while browsing an NTFS partition

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This is the error displayed in a terminal when i launch nautilus by
  hand. The crash occurs after some browsing thru the directories.

  (nautilus:17115): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_list_store_set_valist: assertion 
`iter_is_valid (iter, list_store)' failed
