I removed the bug watch because I don't want it in my bug list. Here is the link for reference: http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=98669
** No longer affects: openoffice -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to openoffice.org in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/323358 Title: [Upstream] Vertical alignment of text relative to table cell doesn't work properly in frames Status in “openoffice.org” package in Ubuntu: Won't Fix Bug description: Binary package hint: openoffice.org This document is an Avery design template. Its for business cards. It consists of what seems to be a collection of single cell tables, one for each card on their sheet. Each cell is supposed to have its text start from the middle. The top two tables do this properly. Every other table is locked into starting the text at the top. I tried several options, and buttons, but nothing could make it work. This is present in both intrepid and jaunty alpha (ie openoffice2.4 and openoffice3.0) I know that this bug should be filed upstream, but I don't know how to do that with openoffice. I will have to figure that out.
