Since I'm refering to the latest stable version of Gnome's documentation: https://help.gnome.org/users/evince/stable/shortcuts.html.en wich is, by the way, the documentation that I'm redirected to when I go to "Help -> Help -> Keyboard Shortcuts" in Evince itself, I don't see how this can be outdated...

I've also found on some other pages that I must use 'dconf-editor' instead of 'gconf-editor', but it does not work either.
