Herwith I add a .xsession-errors without the issue being triggered. The most striking thing are the following two lines missing (which are present when the issue occurs).

I can't change the theme, because clicking on other themes only changes it for the window of the program "Appearance", other windows stay with the fallback theme. The icon theme will stay the fallback even in the Apprearance window. After I log out and back in, everything is fine. I don't know how to reproduce it yet. It happens like once in 2 weeks.
