Title:
LibreOffice base 4.1.3.2's 'Wizard to create form'

Status in The Linux Mint Distribution:
  New

Bug description:
When attempting to use this tool, multiple fields/field description are
written on top of each other so it's impossible to know what field is what,
thus makes it impossible to use at all..
I wish the application would have forced a CR after each field so everything
can be easily read on the form.

I am using Linux mint with D.E. Cinnamon version 3.11.0-12-generic 64 bits
  Description: Linux Mint 16 Petra
  Release: 16

   $ apt-cache policy libreoffice
  libreoffice:
    Installed: (none)
    Candidate: 1:4.1.3-0ubuntu1
    Version table:
       1:4.1.3-0ubuntu1 0

Packages
       1:4.1.2~rc3-0ubuntu1 0

  Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for looking into this.
