Title: LibreOffice base 4.1.3.2's Table design: Insert rows Status in The Linux Mint Distribution: New Bug description: When attempting to insert a new row from the context menu, nothing happens. Technically, it would allow to insert a new row. Please see the attached picture for more details. I am using Linux mint with D.E.
