Files UI doesn't update when I create a folder in Terminal

Bug description:
Hello!
I opened the FILES UI in UBUNTU 14.04 and a Terminal, I did create a
folder in Terminal and FILES UI did not show that folder until I go
back to another folder or source. But in KUBUNTU, When I create a
folder in Terminal, I Can see the folder in Dolphin browser right away
without refresh!
