best fit & fit width missing from view menu

Bug description:
Before 14.04 evince had "best fit" and "fit width" in the view menu,
allowing me to toggle these with keyboard shortcuts.
These items have disappeared and now I have to mouse to the zoom menu
on the right to select these options.
Please reinstate or otherwise make these available as keyboard
shortcuts.
Also, stop just removing things. (directed at gnome not ubuntu)
