Checking about:buildconfig shows that Ubuntu's Firefox is now compiled
with --enable-gstreamer=1.0. Note that if you want to use VA-API with
it you will need the newly released GStreamer VA-API Plugins 0.5.9 - see
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/gstreamer-
devel/2014-July/049028.html
