Bug description:
  This is the second occurrence of a similar problem. The first time, I
  had just did a hardware upgrade to accomodate future security
  updates(?)

  My second monitor is no longer working.

  I believe the error message included some referene to a missing fglrx
  log. Sorry if this isn't very helpful.
