Public bug reported:

As we've switched from libgnutls-dev to libgnutls28-dev, it seems we now
need to add libgcrypt20-dev to our build-deps explicitly since no
version of libgcrypt is pulled in by libgnutls28-dev anymore. Result is
a lynx that's doesn't understand https as ./configure can't find all it
needs for https support.

** Affects: lynx-cur (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
