Public bug reported:

If a normal mouse remains still, screen saving will activate in Ubuntu
as user has defined.

If a Wacom-mouse is left on the tablet and remains still, screen saving
will not activate in Ubuntu (14.04) as user has defined. Unfortunately I
can not remember if this was an issue with Ubuntu 12.04.

Tested with Wacom Bamboo Fun A6, Wacom mouse and 64-bit Ubuntu 14.04.

** Affects: libwacom (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
