Hardware:
HP Compaq 8510p
Steps:
1 boot ubuntu system
2 plug an external monitor
3 press Fn + F5 and observe the external monitor
4 the image is corrupted
expected results:
the external monitor should display the image correctly
How reproducible:
every time
other information:
os: ubuntu desktop 12.04.4
kernel version: 3.2.0-58-generic x86_64
