Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

  In some cases, system hangs and monitor does not turn back on if
  laptop lid is closed. This never happened in previous Ubuntu versions.
  This just occured in my Jaunty system last week. An upgrade possibly
  caused it but I have know idea what.
