Bug description:
xkb-data 2.5.1-3ubuntu2 (as provided by ubuntu 13.10) had file
/usr/share/X11/xkb/compat/default.
The file is not provided in xkb-data 2.10.1-1ubuntu1 (ubuntu 14.04).
This breaks xkbcomp loading of custom keymap:
xkbcomp -R/usr/share/X11/xkb/ /home/arie/bin/russian.xkb $DISPLAY
Error: Can't find file "default" for compat include
