Public bug reported:

When using the sticky keys accessibility feature and returning from
suspend, the right shift key is logically "stuck". Note that I do not
use the right shift key, so it must be switching states on
suspend/resume.

Entering a password will fail, and through trial and error I found it is
the right shift key. Pressing this key "resets" the feature and allows
entering of a password normally.

This problem doesn't occur on my computer when the sticky key feature is
off.

This problem did not occur before release 14.04, so I assume it has to
do with the new "unified" log in screen that replaced the prior screen
on resuming from standby.
