package version: 13.10
i created a local repository using apt-mirror and aded local repository links
to sources.list
when using ubuntu software center to install package that is in the repository
offline it will grey out the install button and wont allow you to install
but when using terminal to install the same package: sudo apt-get install pkname
it instals whit no problems
