Title:
chromium-browser has min/max/close buttons at upper right

Status in “chromium-browser” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
In prior releases of chromium-browser, the minimize/maximize/close
cluster of 3 buttons were always at the upper left as per Ubuntu
  standard layout.

In Ubuntu 12.10, for some reason, this 3 button cluster has been moved
  to the upper right.

  It is disturbing.
