changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test
it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running
apport-collect <bug #> and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

Title:
Rhythmbox crashes when selecting Properties for iPod
Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
- Start Rhythmbox
- Plug in an iPod
- Right-click on the iPod and select Properties
- Rhythmbox crashes
I can reproduce this bug every time. The application also crashes if
you try and delete a playlist off the device, but i'm not sure if it
is related to this bug as I currently have no playlists on my iPod
anymore to test.
GDB debug and Apport .crash file attached.
I hope this can get fixed soon as I recall having this intermittent
problem since 10.10.
