It seems the flickr problem has gone away by itself. I just tested a
fresh unpatched saucy in a VM and I was able to register a flickr
account no problem. Can anybody confirm?

Bug description:
When I try to add a new Flickr account, I am able to successfully log
in, however it just redirects to the home page of Flickr's mobile
site, instead of asking to grant access to the application, so the
  OAuth key is never obtained.
