Public bug reported:

I'm connected to a flakey wifi router, which will go down and up several
times before I return to this computer. When I do, I'faced with many (as
many as 200) popups demanding Wireless Authentication.

$ xwininfo -root -tree| grep "Wireless Network Authentication Required"

0x24120ba "Wireless Network Authentication Required": ("nm-
applet" "Nm-applet") 640x229+1+29 +364+310

There should be only ONE popup!
