  When dates in the datetime indicator have associated events, using
  adwaita as a theme the date is shown as white text on a white

  When using Adwaita as a theme, dates in the datetime indicator with
  associated events (events coming from Evolution calendars) are shown
  with white text on a white background, and are therefore are
  unreadable.
