changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test
it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running
apport-collect <bug #> and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

Toggling visible columns crashes rhythmbox

Bug description:
Toggling an option to show a visible column in the preferences window
causes the following assertion then rhythmbox closes abruptly:

assertion failed: (info->alignment == 0 || info->alignment == 1 ||
info->alignment == 3 || info->alignment == 7)
It sometimes takes a few clicks to trigger the issue but it occurs
very frequently. Sometimes showing a column the hiding it triggers the
issue. Sometime showing several columns does.
