hunspell-fr as a source package replaces parts of the old and mostly
unmaintained openoffice.org-dictionaries source pkg. The functionality was
already in main, and is just replaced with modern packaging.

The package currently has no open bugs on launchpad or Debian PTS and
possibly also fixes some old bugs filed against openoffice.org-dictionaries.
The package has been explicit taken over for better maintainership.
The package has no open lintian warnings and has a watch file.
