Graphical problem when using the dash

Bug description:
I am using ubuntu 12.04 with unity 3D.
The bug appears when i am using the dash in such condition :
When you are using a software such as Clementine or audacious which
display some animations (time of the track, equalizer...), these
animations appears on the dash when is lauched over this sotware.
