Bug description:
I've seen this happen with Gedit and Google Chrome, and I'm alsmost
sure with other apps too.
At random times, the contents of a window stop being updated. You can
type or click things and nothing seems to happen, as if the program
had halted, but then you resize the window or switch to another one
and come back, and you see the contents updated, with all the results
of your previous interction.
This is extremely critical.
I'm going to confirm this myself because I've already seen it on two
different machines.
