natty does not resume on Samsung X360 (maybe backlight?)

Bug description:
Binary package hint: pm-utils
Resume does not work on my Samsung X360 in natty (fresh install, 'old'
home folder (from Maverick)). Maybe it is the backlight?
Resume is working fine on Maverick.
Both in Maverick and Natty screen brightness keys are also not working
(this is about 2 year old problem).
