Graphics are totally corrupted

Bug description:
When I boot 12.10 beta 2 the loading screen is messed up and then the
system boots to the desktop and the graphics are totally corrupted. I
have included a screenshot of them.
This is better than 12.04 which I was totally unable to get to the
desktop. 12.04 uses a kernel that had a bug. I have been able to boot
other distros, it is just your distros have become problematic. Bellow
are my specs:
CPU: 3.05 gigahertz Intel Core i7 950
Board: EVGA X58 SLI FTW3 Tylersburg
Bus Clock: 133 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 08/25/2011
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Memory: 6 gigs
