PGP / GPG decryption in Evolution is broken

Bug description:
An encrypted email received with with Evolution cannot be decrypted.
On the console is emitted the line:
(evolution:3566): libeutil-WARNING **: Keyring key is unusable: no
user or host name
This issue was fixed upstream with Evolution 3.8.5, per this thread:
